This program is held during school breaks for children aged 5 to 12 years old and will run for 9 weeks starting June 23 until August 22, 2025. The goal of the Batang Pinoy Summer Day Camp is to provide activities that promote Filipino culture, arts, history, language, tradition, film, sports, and education all while encouraging confidence, team building, good decision-making, values, respect, fitness, compassion, environmental awareness and to have fun.

💰 Early Bird Price: $175/week (until March 31) for weeks 3-9, 150$/week for week 1 & 2
🚨 Price increases to $200/week on April 1 (for weeks 3-9) and 175$ for weeks 1 & 2!
- Daycare services AM: 7:00 to 9:00 am (extra 25$ fee + tax)
- Daycare services PM: 4:00 to 6:00 pm (extra 25$ fee + tax)
💳 Payment Options:
✅ Option 1 – Pay in Full: Enjoy a stress-free summer by paying the full amount upfront.
✅ Option 2 – Deposit + Balance: Secure your spot with a $50 deposit per week, with the remaining balance due by June 1, 2025 (or One month before the enrolled week).

Cancellation/Refund:
- Full Refund:
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the start date of the camp will receive a full refund, minus a $50 administrative fee. Example: If the camp starts on July 1st, you must cancel by May 31st to receive a full refund (less the administrative fee).
- Partial Refund:
- Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before the start date of the camp will receive a 50% refund of the camp fees. Example: For a camp starting on July 1st, cancellations between June 1st and June 15th will be eligible for a 50% refund.
- No Refund:
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before the start date of the camp are not eligible for a refund. Example: For a camp starting on July 1st, cancellations on or after June 16th will not receive a refund.
- Early Withdrawal:
- If a camper withdraws from camp once the program has started, no refund will be issued for the remaining days.
- However, special circumstances (such as medical reasons with documentation) may be considered for partial credit towards future camps at the discretion of the camp director.
- Switching Sessions:
- If you need to switch to a different camp session, we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. A $25 change fee will apply.
- Requests to switch sessions must be made at least 7 days prior to the start of the originally scheduled session.
Campers are registered when the payment has been deposited and cleared. Payment in full is due one month before the start of your child’s camp.
The Staff of the Bam Studio reserves the right to cancel a child’s participation in a camp session if their behavior is deemed unmanageable or dangerous to themselves or others, in which case they will be sent home immediately. No refunds will be made for early dismissal.
Being absent from camp does not constitute withdrawal from the program and does not entitle you to a refund. No refund will be issued if the child is sent home for bad behavior.
