BAM Studio for kids

Since 2019, we’ve welcomed over hundreds of Montreal families through our doors at Notre-Dame-de-Grâce — families who came in unsure, and left with a kid who couldn’t stop talking about their new friends, their first performance, or the K-Pop routine they’d been practising all week.

We don’t just teach dance, karate, and music. We build the kind of confidence that follows your child into the classroom, onto the playground, and through every stage of their life.

Your child’s first class is completely free.

No commitment, no payment, no awkward sales pitch afterward. We believe in our program enough to let you experience it first. If your child doesn’t love it, you owe us nothing.

Classes from age 3 — your child grow with us.

From Baby Ballet for toddlers to Teen Hip-Hop to Adult Contemporary, BAM grows with your family. Many of our students have been with us since their first plié at age 3.

Adult classes too — parents deserve to move.

Gentle Yoga, Zumba, Afrohouse, TRX, Contemporary, Hip-Hop Heels — while your child is in class, you can be too. BAM is a wellness destination for the whole family.

Summer camp that keeps the momentum going.

When school ends, the growth doesn’t have to. Our summer day camps in NDG and CDN keep children active, social, and creating all summer long — with the same instructors they already love.
