Batang Pinoy Daycamp 2024

This program is held during school breaks for children aged 5 to 12 years old and will run for 9 weeks starting June 25 until August 23, 2024. The goal of the Batang Pinoy Summer Day Camp is to provide activities that promote Filipino culture, arts, history, language, tradition, film, sports, and education all while encouraging confidence, team building, good decision-making, values, respect, fitness, compassion, environmental awareness and to have fun. 

Program Hours:

Drop off as early as 7:00 am and pick up by 6:00 pm. Structured activities will be from 9 am – 4:00 pm. Weekly activity schedules are available at the studio.


The weekly price is 150.00$ + tax per child, except for weeks 1 and 2 (4 days). Daycare fees are 25$ + tax for the morning and 25$ + tax for the afternoon childcare services.

Sibling Discount:

Enroll siblings and receive an additional 10% discount on the second, third, and subsequent siblings.


Monthly payments are now possible however all fees must be paid in full 1 month before the start of a given week of camp.


Cancellation by Parents/Guardians

  1. Full Refund:
    • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the start date of the camp will receive a full refund, minus a $50 administrative fee. Example: If the camp starts on July 1st, you must cancel by May 31st to receive a full refund (less the administrative fee).
  2. Partial Refund:
    • Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before the start date of the camp will receive a 50% refund of the camp fees. Example: For a camp starting on July 1st, cancellations between June 1st and June 15th will be eligible for a 50% refund.
  3. No Refund:
    • Cancellations made less than 15 days before the start date of the camp are not eligible for a refund. Example: For a camp starting on July 1st, cancellations on or after June 16th will not receive a refund.
  4. Early Withdrawal:
    • If a camper withdraws from camp once the program has started, no refund will be issued for the remaining days.
    • However, special circumstances (such as medical reasons with documentation) may be considered for partial credit towards future camps at the discretion of the camp director.
  5. Switching Sessions:
    • If you need to switch to a different camp session, we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. A $25 change fee will apply.
    • Requests to switch sessions must be made at least 7 days prior to the start of the originally scheduled session.

Campers are registered when the payment has been deposited and cleared. Payment in full is due one month before the start of your child’s camp.

The Staff of the Bam Studio reserves the right to cancel a child’s participation in a camp session if their behavior is deemed unmanageable or dangerous to themselves or others, in which case they will be sent home immediately. No refunds will be made for early dismissal.

Being absent from camp does not constitute withdrawal from the program and does not entitle you to a refund. No refund will be issued if the child is sent home for bad behavior.
