I misread your question and thought you were asking why they are different, but anyways haha We dont really know for certain, but its probably because whatever processes, texture files, and or tech Japan/TPC uses for texturing are different than the ones TPCI uses
I can nitpick about certain features Id like to have, and some of the rigidness can be a tad bit disappointing, but its extremely user-friendly and has enough options to do what it sets out to do
1st edition rare Pokemon cards, especially in mint condition, and Pokemon first edition complete sets can fetch insane values
