2023 Zoë Riesling Case size:12 bottles One of each of ourZo is the first riesling from Skypunch in Omihi, North Canterbury a vineyard we are lucky to work with. Farmed organically by ourselves and Black Estate. Zo has a bright core of acidity, cloaked in lots of textural detail. Foot stomped and left to macerate for 6 hours. Pressed to seasoned oak for fermentation and aging for 12 months.
