Owen Turtenwald himself advised me to cut the card, stating that while it is good against Blood Baron of Vizkopa and Hexproof, and is generally always fine, it isnt necessarily very good against Mono-Blue Devotion because you often cant hit what you want, and you can essentially never hit a Master of Waves if theyre careful
It also isnt easily killed, since unlike Jace it doesnt have the issue of being hit by Heros Downfall
