B - These sets are all solid with great theming, artwork and chases (just not as strong as those above)
Tatsugiri (186/167) Tatsugiri isnt as popular as, say, Charizard or Umbreon, but its hard to deny that it looks exquisite in such a vibrant art style
But you can do so much more with it if you add a bit of finesse to how you use it, finding ways to spin its flaws into positives and making the most of how flexible an enchantment it truly is

Commander Free Spells Its a shame that most of these are so expensive, but if you have them, you definitely want to play them in a deck with a Background as a commander, which should make it super-easy to ensure these can be cast for no mana cost
