HCD Solid Color seems like a reasonable budget sleeve, but I can't recommend buying them because several came out of the package unusable
one of the hardest things to grasp about Magic, in my experience, has always been the fact that just about any rule you care to name can be deliberately ignored or circumvented by using the right cards at the right time
