Compact to about 25' with rounded crown and dense very blue foliage tinted red in spring. Excellent small garden or street tree. Prefers lean well drained soil and maybe a watering or two in the summer (summer monsoon) with full sun. Certainly frost hardy to USDA zone 7, quite possibly zone 6.
