I would rate this card a 4 out of 5 because even though it isn't that good of card compared to today's standards I do think being able to do 120 damage every turn and even having the possibility of doing 120 damage the next turn without having to add energy cards to Charizard was quite rare in the e sets
The only difference between these two spells is that while Temporal Manipulation simply states "take an extra turn after this one," Time Warp can hypothetically be used to target another player
If card sizes varied, protecting your beloved cards would be a minefield, as you'd need a whole array of different-sized folders, card sleeves, and deck boxes to accommodate them all
