Waist 34 Shoulders 40 34 40 = 0.85 If your waist is close to or larger than your shoulders or bust, a round or apple shape is likely
Do this on both sides of the dresser
Measure your waist at the narrowest part, between the top of the hipbone and the bottom of your rib cage
Also, the honey can be replaced with agave for fewer calories
