If some of the attacking creatures leave the battlefield while Mangara's triggered ability is on the stack, use the player or planeswalker they were attacking before they left to determine whether you draw a card
The Avenger is also a card I had in my Cube basically from my Cube's inception, and I've only just swapped it out in the past year or so
First up is the Golgari Elf Noble: Dealing damage will get you at least two tokens, but if you manage to buff the power youll be rewarded with even more Elf Warriors
While I still prefer the other options that I listed, in 4+ color decks, particularly budget decks, I can see running the Caravan too

Against faster aggressive matchups that put the Golgari deck on the back foot, Finality is going to provide a fantastic form of card advantage to catch back up on the battlefield
