Venasaur EX SAR ($40+) Returning back to the 3 starter evolutions we have Venasaur, with an incredibly array of colours that just seem to sparkle on this card

Even so, a lot of players love it, myself included, because it hits its note well enough and that note needs hitting

Evolutions does a wonderful job of honoring cards of the past, as its lineup occupies space in a number of prominent strategies like Greninja, Vespiquen, and Mega Rayquaza

Of course, I've spent more on Pokmon cards than I have on the initial setup by now, but it's not all that expensive to join me on this journey
