Devotions ramp is in the early game
I tried hard to keep this under 25 cards, but the more I worked with Valgavoth, Harrower of Souls guide, the more I wanted to keep tunning the list
Still, for decks that care about fast, reliable mana across multiple colors, it's proving to be well worth the cost
