You get a +1/+1 counter when Sutina, Speaker of the Tajuru picks up a land, but thats also a reliable way to get extra landfall triggers or even regain access to an MDFC land you ran out early in the game
I really like the idea of this being an ETB commander, leveraging Mikaeus and ways to remove counters to continually get enters triggers off cards like Ravenous Chupacabra and Phyrexian Rager
Tutoring is extremely common in high-level MTG, whether its Modern or Commander

FromTheShire: In the average game this is probably only drawing a card or two when you connect, but combined with the reasonable pump and getting the first equip for free I think that's probably fine on its face
I think that the only time youll want to play this over Black Suns Zenith is if your relatively sure that youre going to hit X being ten or more (suggestions for which so far have been Roman, Ultimate, and Super plus ultra, to name a few)
