Tillingham Spiral 2022 10.5% (750ml) Can Pair with: Red meatWe love to visit beautiful Tillingham, near Rye in Sussex. For this light and crunchy red, sustainably farmed Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes sourced from Crouch Valley and Little Grange vineyards in Essex were destemmed and crushed together and left to soak for five days before being pressed to stainless steel and concrete tanks and a Georgian qvevri (amphora). Aged for eight months before bottling. No filtration, fining and only a minimal addition
