This beer uses a very special process from our friends at Yakima Chief Hops: Cryo Fresh, which involves cryogenically frozen fresh hop pellets (it sounds complicated, but it's really not). For this beer, we used the classic trio of freshly harvested hops: Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe, which were frozen before being
