I have taking inspiration from this barn for over 20 years – having photographed it as well as drawing and painting it multiple times

Old Farm House Size:8x10 This was a really challengingI like to bike the country roads north of my home town in Long Sault, Ontario. On Losey Road in Lunenburg you'll find a hidden old farm house on a bend. Since making this drawing, I've learning of Lil McDougall who lived in this home which now is abandoned. I've heard from a few people that she would walk from her home all the way to Long Sault to do errands, get her hair cut and go to church. An old country scene with a story. Nate
