Holster fits a S&W 4006 Round trigger. This will fit the Bobbed Hammer version with a little room at the retention strap. This will not fit the TSW. Holster is smooth leather lined and slots fit a belt up to 2 1 4". Just a beautifully made holster which lays flat for concealment.
