The Queen - Regal Monarch has my preferred stats for a one-drop, and you have to take such one-drops highly if you want to curve out

Well statistically you will get 1 enchanted card every 72 packs or so, thats 3 full booster boxes and there are 12 enchanted cards to collect in total so that will definitely give them the most value above all other cards in this set
