When one card turns a pile of previously unplayed red spells into a competitive Legacy deck, you have to place it pretty high up the list
These could very well be a mix of legendary creatures and other kinds of spells, but that remains to be seen
In the words of Wizards themselves, Targeting opponents, anything they control, and/or cards in their graveyards is a crime. While it may take some getting used to, the Crime mechanic is relatively self-explanatory
They dont have reach so they cant block fliers, most of them dont have power so they dont block tokens well, and all of them are small enough that theyll die to almost any combat trick if they block almost any creature, or theyre not big enough to live through blocking most of the larger creatures in the format
This can mean an easy bounce back for multiple phoenixes to the battlefield, or an extra layer of protection in case your opponent offs one of the tokens
