Izzet Phoenix archetype is already quite refined overall so most decklists look almost the same as the others
Rounding things off, we have a new nonbasic land
Most storm decks have a blue base to get the required draw and card quality however red has some new tools at its disposal making it the viable main colour
Cards that havent been reprinted in quite some time like Sygg, River Cutthroat and Oona, Queen of the Fae are clear standouts covering the majority of the decks value to begin with but cards such as Notorious Throng, Obelisk of Urd and the standard combination of Sol Ring plus Arcane Signet all drive this decks value through the rough before you include what is likely to be a new favourite Commander for many players supporting a Blue/Black creature-based strategy
Final note, Im intentionally ignoring cards from the following categories: Alchemy (they tend to be broken and require their own separate list) Silver-Border/Acorn-Stamped Constructed-only all-stars (Chalice of the Void, for example) Transformers Universes Beyond cards (didnt feel like reading those) #100
If you have a consistent enough plan to get your win the game cards out regularly, you can reduce the number of copies of those cards and run more counter magic to protect yourself and your combo
