While it doesn't gain us life, it does pump all of our cards and add at least two bodies to the battlefield thanks to the token it makes

A Conflagrate in the graveyard is a great way to close the gap on your opponents life total if they find answers for your ground threats
This is a bit harder to pull off in Commander, but Superion definitely has to be played in your Goreclaw, Terror of Qal Sisma decks, doesnt it
With multiple new Magic products released every year, it can be hard to figure out whats the best route for a new player
One of the major drawbacks to doing a sixth color is that we fear that we'll be committed afterwards, because players will have decks based around that color and won't be thrilled by the idea that they won't be receiving any new cards any time soon
