Many people are willing to pay a hefty price to get their hands on this card and I was no exception
Players often group these 3 together because players rarely take action independently during any of these steps, but it can (and will) happen on occasion (for example, a player may want to cast Vendilion Clique on their opponent during the draw step to see what they drew)
There are several infamous Umbreon cards on the market that most collectors would probably argue should make this list over Umbreon V, like Moonbreon (Umbreon VMAX from Evolving Skies), and Sunbreon (Umbreon ex from Prismatic Evolutions), but Umbreon V is an underrated gem
This smaller card pool has led to some claiming that it is in some ways "the new Modern", especially considering how much Modern has changed with the release of sets like Modern Horizons
