While it's a Prismari card by nature in the Secrets of Strixhaven set, this card will be a serious consideration for Dimir Milling decks , and with a little fine-tuning, could even see the archetype return to the upper tier of the Standard meta
Amped Raptor Amped Raptor doesnt have to be as good as the hype surrounding it to still be quite good in some kind of aggro deck or even as the only energy card in a deck like Domain Zoo
A strong Fighting-type deck with cards like Marowak ex can potentially counter Pikachu ex, although that deck relies heavily on successful coin flips
Sacrificing Fleshwrither is part of the cost of activating the ability
The good news for the aftermath cards is that flashback is an extremely powerful mechanic, since it not only generates card advantage but also allows for some tricks to generate value only from the graveyard (a good example of this is Gnaw to the Bone in Dredge, which doesn't really plan on drawing and casting the card from its hand but instead just attempts to mill it into the graveyard and cast it with flashback)
Rounding things out, though it isnt an attack trigger, this is definitely an Akromas Will deck
