While this can make the products a bit harder to get, this also has a positive aspect in the sense that almost every item you buy is going to guarantee a very cool promo card featuring Pikachu VMAX , Lucario VSTAR , Regieleki V and so on
Kalos Mythical Diance VSTAR Universe Art Rare Card Another Mythical Pokmon that is included in the VSTAR Universe set, is Kalos Rock/Fairy-type Diance
So even though this effect does have valid targets, it's a bit weird to think about how they actually behave with this card as one of them has a mechanic that actively cheats the effect to make it a proper target, and the other is an incredibly rare prize card
Thats not counting the 250+ or so reprints Ive left behind that you can find in the Foundations Starter Collection
I probably shouldn't have gotten my hopes up but I was pretty excited for this set when Wizards first announced it
