Based purely on the artwork, I wouldnt be surprised if this ends up being a reskinned version of Toxic Deluge perhaps The Poisoning of Doma or even Sweet Music for a darker take on the name
'Legend' was originally just a creature type in these older cards, but in the future they would become essentially a supertype -- an extra adjective that tells you that this card falls under 'Legend rules', which means that only one copy of a card with the same name can exist on the board at any time (later changed to only one copy existing under the control of a player)
Many of the creatures in this deck are mutants and could benefit from cards like Hancock, Ghoulish Mayor, Jason Bright, Glowing Prophet, and Vault 87: Forced Evolution
Venser, the Sojourner I am sad that the only Venser Planeswalker card we have in print doesn't demonstrate his highly attuned artificer skills, just his teleport magic
