Quantum Riddler gets around both removal and counter spell here, and replaces itself with a card (or two!) drawn should it not end up exiled to be Warped later
It's in no way an improvement from a regular five-color precon deck, like last year's Jared Carthalion Painbow
Yes, you need a deck that can reliably provide evasive creatures to enchant, and that creature is probably going to die within the next 3 turns or so, and by enchanting it you're adding extra incentive for your opponents to kill it, but all those risks are worth the payoff of drawing more than 1 card for just 1 mana
This dragon is incentivized to attack the player(s) with the most life and dethrone them
Enchantments 2 out, 1 in
In other words, youll be able to make 90% of the designs you have in mind here, but some of your fancier, more outlandish card designs probably dont have a compatible card frame
