This excellent Phyrexian commander has enough of a deck-building restriction to it that you cant just jam it into any BW deck and hope to start proliferating, but it's an absolute powerhouse in the artifact/Phyrexian deck it was intended for
Zuran Orb is the former, as is the antiquated Ivory Tower although that shouldn't be seeing play
The Creatures Of Dredge This is a creature-heavy deck, and a variety of blue and/or black creatures can fuel and benefit from Dredge's graveyard engine
