1779 NGC F 15 Peru 4 Reales Charles III Lima Pillars Half Dollar Coin (26012004C Turkey Seldom offered Roman Empire silverFine Peru silver 4 reales coin. Scarce denomination struck for King Charles III while part of the Spanish Colonial Empire. Minted at the Lima Mint (mint mark LIMAE monogram, Assayer MJ). Type circulated as half dollar coin prior to and during the American Revolution. Certified by NGC to F 15 (appears to be conservatively graded). Well struck with attractively toned surfaces, very appealing in hand!
